Once buying the better Biggles books on Amazon just didn't happen, it is fairly recent you can get anything but Rex Fox on there.
Quick! Untie us before they realise you're not a God, you're just an American. (From that film!)

I find Amazon a bit hard to find my way around. Not sure why.

I did not know that. They have a lot of second hand books on now and some Norman Wright as well at extremely high prices. I have bought a lot of second hand books from Amazon in the last couple of years.

If I know which book I am looking for I just put the title and author in Search which usually works although there is another book called Deep Blue Sea which came up when I was looking for Biggles and the Deep Blue Sea - which is the really rare and expensive book - perhaps it is because of the illustration on the front ;)

LOL, Jenny! That's it!

I never knew what the cover looked like until I found Dr. Biggles page and then I was like "oh... oh my goodness."

Yes it is so much better than fat teenagers in tank tops and very odd monocles. I have started printing out some of the better illustrations and sticking them on top of the dreadful front covers. Well I think we can put that topic to bed - Deep Blues Sea is valuable for the illustration of Biggles in his very short swimming trunks - mystery solved 8-)

A friend of mine emailed me about 18 months ago to say "I thought you said Biggles Does Some Homework was a really expensive book? There is a copy on Amazon for something like £60." Of course, by the time I looked, there wasn't :cryblue:

Now I've got to go and look for that cover.

Check out Dr Biggles' page. He's got a nice image up.
