I wish. I'm very likely going to have to make a new site.

Can you see what's on it as a guest? if you need help lifting the stories off and putting them into word documents let me know.

The Organisation for Transformative Works (AO3 belong to this organisation) are very keen to preserve all examples of fanworks which are otherwise transient. They import whole archives into their set up so the works can be saved. It might be worthwhile getting in contact with them to see if they can import everything in one go for you. If anyone has experience with access problems, it's them. It would commit you to using them as the site in the future for the Algy Chronicles, though, I think.

I think I have all of them in Word. I'm going through them and checking now, just to make sure I haven't missed anything, because I'm scared that Google, now having established that I am not the owner of the site (I AM  ), will now decide to shut down the site.

I thought the point of fanfic was to be transient??

I don't know that I want all the posts imported, as some of them are pure blog posts and polls, which don't really need archiving. I mostly just want somewhere to park my stories so I can figure out which ones I need to finish. I'm fairly sure there are a lot of them, but until I've figured it all out I have no idea which I need to get to.
